Oonagh of Lazuli is an elf mage belonging to a reliquary. Many parts of her design harkened back to the idea that each mage would be represented by a jewel which appears as various pieces of jewelry that are a part of a uniform, yet unique to each person.

Base Oonagh is her reliquary uniform accented with various aspects of what lapis lazuli represents such as the moon and spiritual vision.
